How it Works
Implementation Partners take the lead from first conversation to go-live.
You own the client relationship, and Weel is here to support you behind the scenes.

Recommend & Package - Position Weel as part of your service offering or tech stack. Introduce it during onboarding, client reviews, or systems conversations.
Once you’ve identified a good-fit client, log your referral through the partner referral form or by emailing your Partner Manager - this ensures you’re recognised for the opportunity and it counts toward your tier. -
Demo, Pricing & Setup - You run the demo, manage pricing discussions, and guide your client through business verification (KYB/KYC) and onboarding.
Weel’s Partner Team supports you with demo resources, enablement, and background assistance where needed -
Onboarding & Support - Lead the full setup and get your clients up and running Weel remains available to back you up with training, escalations, and product updates as required.
- Choose your Commercial Model - Pass on the full client discount (referral-style), or bill clients centrally and earn ongoing margin.

Implementation Partners have two ways to earn:

Client Discount Model: Pass on 15-30% off for 12 months, based on your tier.

Margin Model: Bill clients centrally and earn 10-15% ongoing margin, plus bonus incentives at higher tiers.
Free Weel Account for Your Firm
Once you’ve made your first active referral, you are eligible for one Premium Plan account for up to 50 users, unlimited transactions, free of charge. This gives your firm full access to the platform - so you can manage your spend, explore features, and experience the value of Weel firsthand.
To retain ongoing free access, you’ll need to refer two clients who go live on Weel within each 12-month rolling period.

Partner Tiers
Weel tiers are based on the total number of referred users within a 12 month rolling period, not the number of client accounts.
That means if your first referred client has 25 Weel users, you'd qualify as a Silver partner.
